Measurement and installation
Matters needing attention
1. The top width, bottom width; left side height and right side height need to be measured to avoid errors caused by uneven walls. 2. It is recommended that the sockets and switch panels be drilled on site. If you need us to drill holes for you, please measure their dimensions according to the schematic diagram and be accurate to millimeters. 3. If you encounter complex working conditions, please contact customer service to discuss them.
Installation matters
The usual installation method is to first lay a layer of gypsum board or wood board on the wall as a base, and then use construction glue and air nail gun to fix our products to the wall. If the site cannot meet the usual installation conditions, please contact us and we will determine the installation method based on your site conditions.
Packaging and delivery
We use fumigation-free wooden frames (wooden boxes), kraft paper boxes, protective cotton and other measures to ensure the safety of goods during long-distance transportation.

1. How does it install on the wall?
It is fixed to the wall with construction glue and an air nail gun, and for simple designs, you can install it yourself. For complex designs, you need professional installers. We will provide installation drawings to help you install.
2. Can you customize the matching bed frame?
Of course, we have a cooperative factory specializing in the production of bed frames, and we will provide the same fabrics as the wall panels. You can communicate with them yourself or buy through us.
3. How does it ship?
We support EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, DDP terms. For DDP, because it is a bulky item, it usually cannot be shipped by air. We will arrive at your country port by ocean shipping, and deliver to your home by truck.
4. How should I choose the design?
We have professional designers to provide you with suggestions, design CAD drawings according to the wall size you provide, and choose your favorite fabric and color. At the same time we also have product catalogs to send to you.
5. How is the process of customization and purchase?
First of all, through the size you give us, the designer will draw a CAD drawing to confirm it for you. Then we will send you the color card to choose the fabric and the color of the fabric. After shape, size, fabric and color confirmed. We start to make it, then send product video to you for confirmation, and finally pack and ship.
